5-Year Master Plan
On April 14, 2026 the Town Council adopted the Parks, Recreation, & Open Spaces 5-Year Master Plan. The Plan provides an evaluation of the current parks, recreation, and open spaces provided by the Town, in addition to establishing a plan of action for future growth and development. The Plan was developed in consultation with Dr. James Herstine, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW).
