Pier Yoga on Oak Island is the perfect way to start your day, combining gentle movement with refreshing ocean air, all while using the pier’s slight incline. This unique class runs from June through September on Mondays and Saturdays. Please note that classes are weather dependent and may be canceled in case of inclement conditions.
