COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS
1. Appointment to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board: Tripp Roakes was appointed to an unexpired term ending March 2027.
2. Appointments to the Business Advisory Board: Lisa Fitzgerald (Resident seat), Ken Ghuse, Noah Rudolph, and Joe Yeager were appointed to terms expiring September 2029.

1. Discussion of Proposed Rezoning -- Request to Rezone PID(s) 250FG010 and 250FG011 from Commercial Recreation to the Community Business zoning district: Council consensus was to direct staff to schedule a Public Hearing for the rezoning for the October 13 meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Consideration of a Request for Business License - High Tide Powersports (26-00058) Application: Council approved (3-2) the business license with conditions.
