From November 2 – 22, 2026 the Town of Oak Island is inviting residents and visitors to participate in the Annual Customer Service Survey.
Now open to the public, the Survey is available both online and in person, with paper copies at all Town offices. This Survey is part of the Town’s annual research, review, and response efforts to improve the quality and consistency of the customer service experience in Town Hall and all other facilities.
This is your opportunity to help the Town of Oak Island serve you better!
